The Confederate Hospital was established at Mount Jackson under the direction of Dr. We acknowledge and respect the lkn peoples on whose traditional territory the University of Victoria stands, and the Songhees, Esquimalt and WSÁNE peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.
